it’s new bike season!

With the final traces of snow nearly melted away, and warmer days coming, I am hopeful that spring is finally here. I am a bit impatient in the best of times, but knowing that the nice weather is on the brink of arrival.. I get a wee bit excited. I am not sure who is more excited about the nicer weather myself or the kids! We have been stuck inside for TOO long and as long as it’s not pouring rain out we go!
We went to pull out Brianna’s bike from last year and when she got on and realized that the girl has grown a good 4-5 inches there is no way she could ride that without being doublejointed… so we decided to go and visit our favourite store, Canadian Tire, and grab her a new bike. I will admit that Chris had it all picked out from the moment we arrived at the bike isle. I wasn’t sure at first, but now have fallen in love with it, which I know sounds rediculous for it is just a bike. But it is the most girly bike EVAH! I think it is the bike I always wished I had. She loves it. I love it.
